Great service

Dropped my truck off over the weekend due to an unexpected issue. Bianca and the team had it checked in and diagnosed by 8am Monday. Part was in stock and the truck was ready for pickup by lunch on Monday.

Blair and his team at Terry Thompsons service department are always very courteous and professional from scheduling the appointment to delivering the vehicle. It's always a pleasure to conduct business with them.

Quick, courteous and efficient service!!

Truck was there for 2 weeks. Requested that the thermostat, spark plugs and wire kit be installed (had to leave a message). The only work performed was a new thermostat and required engine coolant for over $800. It was recommended we get a new engine for $14,000. The truck is not even worth that, it only has $170K miles and runs great, other than idling rough because it needs a tune-up. In the 12 times we called to check on the truck and find out what was going on, the service department answered the phone once. We had to physically go there to find out what was going on, and messages we left were ignored. Will never be back.

Very easy. Got in earlier than appointment time but waited on quickly and efficiently
