I had a sit down talk with Service Manager Jason Morris. He is a super nice guy. He answered all of my qustions relating to my 2018 Silverado and the new 2027 model, to best of his knowledge. FAIRHOPE, AL | 2023 Chevrolet ColoradoAugust 21, 2026I have a warranty. Didn’t help. I was charged $555 to change out a battery. I had to go back 2 times for the same issue. $50 co-pay for the 1st time. All in all, I was charged $605 to change out a battery. Most places test a battery for free. They charged me $175 to diagnose a battery. I under stand the $300 charge for the battery. The other $300 was the question. Sucks to get ripped off.Response from Terry Thompson Chevrolet
