I purchased the show floor $159 detail. My bed liner mat was not put back in and I had to come back to get it. There was still a large amount of leaves, acorns, and debris below the windshield and above the hood near the wipers. The bed cover was still covered in caked dirt. The windshield was covered in streaks and I could barely see through it on the way home. Seemed like the dash shine chemical was smeared on the windshield. The detail was not up to par for the price.

Dealing with the service personnel was fine. They were nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. However, the butler service was less than what I was expecting it to be. The outside of the vehicle was cleaned and presentable. The inside was a different story. Half of the steering wheel circumference had been wiped down. One cup holder was spotless while none of the others had been touched. The dash had standing dust on it still. The console was not slid back and that area was not cleaned. Two of the plastics pieces were not vacuumed under but the rest where. The door panels were wiped and cleaned. The seats except the head rests were wiped and cleaned. I wasn't expecting a 'complete detail' of the inside but I was at least expecting uniformity in the cleaning itself.
